Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Atlas MKT website and our free tools. Paid work is governed by the written proposal and service agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence if anything here conflicts with it.

Every client name, figure and result shown on this site comes from real Atlas MKT engagements. We do not publish invented testimonials, stock reviews or placeholder client logos. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results, and outcomes depend on your market, budget, offer and product.

The website audit, score and any AI-generated summary are automated, provided free and offered as general guidance only. They are not professional advice and we accept no liability for decisions made solely on their basis. Do not submit websites you do not own or have permission to analyse.

Prices shown on the site are indicative and include VAT where stated. Advertising spend is never included in our fees. Software and tool costs may or may not be included, depending on the engagement; your proposal states which. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.

Retainers run month to month after any agreed initial term. Where a retainer renews automatically, we email you a reminder at least 14 days before each renewal date setting out the amount and the date it will be charged, so no renewal happens without notice.

Cancelling is as easy as starting. Send one email to management@atlasmkt.co.uk saying you want to cancel. We acknowledge it in writing within one working day, and no further invoices are raised after the current paid month. There is no cancellation form, retention call or exit fee. On request we will export your account data and hand back access to any ad accounts, analytics or assets we manage on your behalf.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of UK consumer law, you have 14 days to cancel from the date the contract is made, unless you asked us to start work sooner, in which case we may charge for work already carried out.

How we handle personal data, our use of AI and the third parties involved are set out in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Site content, branding and materials are owned by Atlas MKT. Deliverables produced for a client transfer to that client on full payment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website and free tools is limited, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
