Yes - this website collects personal data. Specifically:

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, company, budget range, the service or pricing tier you selected, and anything you write in the message field.
• Free website audit tool: the website address you submit, plus the business details, contact name, email and phone number you provide.
• Booking a call: your name, email, phone, company and meeting notes, which are used to create a calendar invitation.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Technical data: standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site.

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, produce the audit or report you asked for, arrange meetings, and send marketing you have asked to receive. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Parts of this site use artificial intelligence. When you submit a website address to our free website audit tool, the page content is retrieved and then analysed by a third-party AI model to generate the written summary and score you receive. Data you enter into that tool is sent to those providers for processing as part of producing your result.

AI output is automated and provided for general guidance only. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, it can be incomplete or wrong, and no automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you. A human at Atlas MKT reviews anything that forms part of a commercial proposal. If you want a result reviewed or corrected by a person, email us and we will do it.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the site:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) - hosting, database and serverless functions where form submissions are stored.
• Firecrawl - retrieves the public content of the website address you submit to the audit tool.
• Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini models) - generates the written analysis in the audit tool.
• Google Calendar - creates and sends meeting invitations when you book a call.
• Resend - delivers notification and transactional emails.
• Analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google and Meta) - measure site traffic and campaign performance, and may set cookies or similar identifiers.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use essential cookies to make the site work. We also use Google Ads to measure how our advertising performs, which may set cookies and similar identifiers on your device. Where the law requires it (the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland), those advertising cookies stay switched off until you accept them through the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page. Rejecting them does not affect how the site works; it only means we cannot measure whether our ads brought you here.

The data involved is limited to advertising identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with the site, shared with Google for measurement and ad optimisation purposes. If you withdraw consent, that choice is remembered and applied straight away; we keep a record of the choice you made, when you made it, and the notice you saw. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

• Enquiry, audit and booking submissions are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
• Any file or content you upload or submit to us is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose you sent it for, or on request - whichever comes first.
• Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
• Client records are kept for 6 years after the engagement ends where we are required to for tax and accounting.

Our systems do not host public file uploads from visitors. The only publicly readable storage we operate holds our own blog images.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email thomas@atlasmkt.co.uk and we will respond within one month, free of charge.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use access controls, row-level database security and encrypted connections to protect your data. No system is perfect, so please do not send sensitive personal information through our forms. This site is for business use and is not directed at children under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
